The need and wish

Hobøl ASVO had an older website that badly needed updating.

For the new website, they wanted all workstations to appear properly and be presented in an inspiring and motivating way.

One of the workstations was the newly established Café Glede in Hobøl, which did not yet have a website. They therefore needed two websites, and both were to be filled with updated content.

Solution and result

With Hobøl ASVO and Café Glede, I could start with completely clean sheets.

All existing content was backed up and reviewed, and some of the text was retained for further text production.

We agreed days for filming and photographing employees and the workstations, and I followed them over several months.

All the departments are represented with individual short films, and in addition I produced some short films about Hobøl ASVO's focus on the environment, as well as a short time-lapse type film showing the production of an insect hotel.

In the end, all the intro movies were merged into one "big movie" that takes viewers through all the work departments.

Café Glede and Hobøl ASVO each got their own website with individual domain names. As there had been an increased focus on Universal Design when the project started, I chose a theme that was designed to meet the WCAG requirements at that time.

The logo was also renewed by Colibri Content AS and the human link was given a new look by creative souls at Innovi in Mysen. The logo for Café Glede is also represented by Innovi.

The result is two great websites full of pictures and film clips. The project started in October 2021 and everything was handed over and completed in the first half of 2022.

Wordpress and BeaverBuilder are used on both websites.
